  The present perfect The present perfect of any verb is composed of two elements: the appropriate form of the auxiliary verb to have (present tense) and the past participle of the main verb. The specific time is not important. Therefore, we do not usually use specific time expressions ("this morning", "yesterday", "last year"...) with the present perfect.   😱EXCUSES😱 Human beings generally make excuses for all the things that happen to us around us and that cause us to be late with intention or not, but make us fail to comply with the commitments or duties that we have agreed with other people and even with ourselves. However, sometimes, we emit them to be calmer, because we worry about what they may think about us. Our fear of giving a bad image leads us on a large number of occasions to give unnecessary explanations. Maintaining a good appearance becomes such an important task that looking for justifications and excuses to look good becomes a challenge.
